Principal - The Boss
Nathan Manto is the founder of Nextgen Accountants. A dedicated professional known for his relaxed, approachable nature and genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Clients appreciate how easy and stress-free it is to work with Nathan, thanks to his clear communication and down-to-earth style. With a strong focus on delivering tailored accounting solutions, Nathan combines technical expertise with a personable approach that builds lasting relationships. Outside the office, Nathan is a passionate sports fan-especially when it comes to cheering on his favourite AFL team, Port Adelaide. He also enjoys gaming, catching the latest movies, and diving into home renovation projects in his spare time.
Eloise Manto
Bookkeeping Specialist – Software Guru
Eloise has been a valued part of the Nextgen Accountants team for over five years, bringing energy, expertise, and a big smile to everything she does. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, she works closely with clients to make sure their Xero software runs smoothly-and she’s always happy to lend a hand with training and support. Outside the office, Eloise is all about footy, music, and making the most of her downtime. She loves to travel, catch up with friends and family, and soak up new experiences whenever she can.
Bec Stopp
Client Services Manager – One of the first faces you will see when entering the office.
Bec has been a valuable part of our team here at Nextgen Accountants since August 2022. With a background in admin, client relations and sales, ‘Customer Service’ is her game. Our admin guru! Bec can juggle many things at once and is a champion at getting things done, getting results and spreading her positive attitude! Mum of 2 boys, Bec runs off of coffee and laughter and brings shining light to the office. Weekend’s are filled with kids sports and adventures with her beautiful family.
Carolyn Paton
Client Services - Professional Jack of All trades
Carolyn has been part of Nextgen since the beginning. Known for her loud bubbly personality going hand in hand with her sternness! Often the silence breaker who decides when it’s time to make everyone laugh. She is a valued member of the team who can take on any role or any task that needs her assistance. Whether it is admin, bookkeeping, payroll, she will get a result. Coming from a background of customer service and retail management, she is a real people person and has built up wonderful relationships with our clients.

Senior Tax Accountant
Anh-Thu joined the team at Nextgen Accountants with 20 years’ experience in accounting and taxation services. She is looking forward to building her career at Nextgen Accountants and establishing long-term relationships with her clients. Outside of work, Anh-Thu enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Ben Hughes
Accountant – Solution Architect
Ben joined the Nextgen team in 2025 bringing with him 6 years of Accounts Payable experience. He is enjoying the opportunity to learn and build on his skills to further his accounting career. Known for his incredible astuteness; if there is a problem that needs solving, Ben is your man. In his spare time he likes to watch footy and cricket.
Kellie Dunnicliff
Client Services – Front of house superstar!
Kellie joined Nextgen Accountants in July 2024 and is a valued member of the Client Services team. Known for her bubbly personality and helpful nature, she’s dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. With over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry Kellie has worked across administration and finance, bringing a wealth of knowledge to her role. She holds a Certificate III in Financial Services. Outside of work, Kellie enjoys watching a good Netflix series or a horror movie (the scarier the better!) Loves musicals and going for relaxing beach walks, soaking up the sea air.
Gayle Manto
Client Services – Mother Hen of the group, the oldest and the wisest!
Being the Principal’s (Nathan’s) mother, her pride for her son’s achievements and having the opportunity be part of the team is extremely gratifying and humbling to her. She loves working with our committed team and enjoys the ongoing relationships with our clients. At Nextgen Accountants, Gayle attends to scanning, filing and various administration and bookkeeping tasks. Often the voice at the end of the phone taking appointments and queries. She is an avid Crows supporter who loves her family and spending time with her granddaughters. In her spare time enjoys doing craft activities.
